These Terms and Conditions govern the use of University of Monetization services, programs, training, LMS access, and related support.
By registering, paying, accessing LMS content, joining training, or using any University of Monetization service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
University of Monetization operates under RevenueX (Private) Limited and is owned and led by Ali Haider.
University of Monetization provides educational training, structured mentorship, course access, LMS content, tools access where applicable, and related support services.
Programs may include online classes, physical classes, one-on-one training, LMS access, and support depending on the selected plan.
Your seat is confirmed only after payment verification by the official team.
The platform may request identity verification after payment approval in order to secure LMS access and protect course content.
Results are not guaranteed. Learning outcomes, monetization progress, and earnings depend on the student’s effort, execution, consistency, niche, workflow, and decisions.
University of Monetization does not promise guaranteed approval, guaranteed monetization, or guaranteed income.
Course sharing is strictly prohibited.
Recordings, LMS videos, downloadable resources, support material, and tools access may not be resold, redistributed, screen-recorded for public use, leaked, copied, or shared with others without written permission.
For content protection and platform security, LMS videos may include floating identity references tied to the student account or verification record.
If content is leaked or misused, University of Monetization may investigate, restrict access, suspend the account, or take legal or administrative action.
Abusive behavior is not allowed. Threatening language, harassment, dishonesty, fraud, impersonation, intentional disruption, or misuse of support systems can result in suspension or permanent removal.
The platform reserves the right to refuse or terminate access where behavior, misuse, or policy violation creates risk to the business, trainer, team, or students.
All fees are non-refundable in all cases, including wrong amount, late joining, inability to attend, or requesting to switch batches.
Installments are not available unless officially stated in writing.
Batch transfer is not allowed.
Any tools, bonuses, premium resources, or support periods are provided according to the selected plan only.
Tool access duration, LMS duration, and support duration may vary by package and may be revised operationally where necessary.
By registering, you allow the platform to collect and use necessary educational and administrative information including full name, WhatsApp number, email, city, gender, payment screenshot, referral code, coupon code, and identity verification information where required.
Cookies, analytics tools, Meta Pixel, Google tools, and similar technologies may be used now or in the future for analytics, site improvement, and advertising purposes.
All course materials, branding, systems, teaching content, documents, frameworks, and training resources remain the intellectual property of University of Monetization and/or its lawful owner.
No ownership rights are transferred to the student by enrollment.
