Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all registrations and enrollments made with University of Monetization, operated under RevenueX (Private) Limited.
All fees paid to University of Monetization are strictly non-refundable in every case.
This policy applies to all programs, plans, formats, registrations, upgrades, and enrollments unless a written official exception is issued directly by the authorized management.
No refund will be issued in cases including but not limited to: wrong amount sent, late joining, personal schedule conflict, inability to attend, non-participation, lack of technical understanding, change of mind, or asking to switch batches.
No refund will be issued if a student fails to make use of the course, LMS, support, or training after enrollment.
Installment options are not available unless officially announced in writing by University of Monetization.
Batch transfer is not allowed. A student cannot request movement from one batch, schedule, or format to another after payment on the basis of preference, delay, availability, or convenience.
A seat is considered confirmed only after payment verification by the official team.
Students may be asked to submit identity verification documents after payment approval to secure LMS access and confirm the account.
This policy exists because course seats, LMS preparation, account setup, payment verification, administrative review, and support allocation all involve operational cost and reserved capacity.
Once a payment enters the registration and verification process, resources begin to be committed for that student.
Students must only pay through official details published by University of Monetization. Sending payment incorrectly does not create a right to refund.
It is the student’s responsibility to check plan, amount, and official payment details before making payment.
